Hi – I’m new today and working on a Macbook Pro with a trackpad. I’m having some trouble moving around the screen in the way you do. A 2 fingered swipe in whatever direction will rotate the entire workspace around me on my own axis, shift-2 fingered swipe will move me on the x y or z axis, and I can zoom in or out with pinch, but I don’t understand how to get to the far side of an object I’m working on to select its faces, for example. I want to rotate myself around the object instead of having to rotate the entire workspace/grid around myself (which usually makes the far side of the object in question very tiny and far away from me). Does this question make sense? Thanks. -Chelsea
