Again me, and my shortcut adventures. I tried to use shortcut “I” and nothing happened. I checked out Preferences and there is no “Insert Faces”, I can not even assign any key to it. A lot of tool are missing here. How can I add them to shortcuts’ list?

There is no “Inset” in 3D View > Mesh section of the hotkeys. There is a bunch of tools there, but there is no Inset. Can I somehow add it there?
