As Aaron mentions, bigger trucks do have a crazy amount of switchs, gauge etc to display due to the fact that their engines are put in harsh conditions. Dragging a 30 ton tank, even with engine that easily deliver 600hp or more, is super demanding to the mechanical parts. So you want to check that everything is in order. Basically you want to look at both pressure and temperature of every fluid present in the truck: Oil, coolants, hydraulics (suspensions) plus all the extra features truck engines have that cars don’t, it adds up really quick. With most recent truck everything is condensed into a humongus touch pad however, much less fun to model 🙁
That being said, I still haven’t recoverd from the awesomely detailed model of yours! Super well done, it reads really well !
