Hey Lizzi, if there are parts that look curved, it’s likely that not all edges are creased. Try creasing everything in edit mode and then un-creasing any areas that you want to be smooth. Also be sure that the subdiv happens before the displacement and not after (should fix any skewing). Hope that helps!
