Thanks for watching Christian! It’s possible that there’s a bug with the horizon of symmetry. Unfortunately I think the author ceased maintenance for the addon…I recommend submitting an issue to their github repo and perhpas we’ll get an updated version: https://github.com/MadMinstrel/blender-sculpt-tools/issues
