      i thought of something
      instant of Alt + D the roof tiles, i used second Array modifier to create the rows of the roof tiles instant of duplicate.

        One problem. Array modifier doesn’t instance(linked duplicate) it duplicates. Thus you don’t save on the memory and CPU calculation during rendering.
