        I think it’s here:

        The effect might be less extreme than the Lock, but it basically seems to do the same thing.

          I’ll remind Kent if he knows anything about this. But it wouldn’t be the first time that a Blender version removes something that used to work a certain way.

            Just to confirm does anyone else have issues with the scrape brush not doing the nice hard surface strokes out of the box though? I’ve tried researching and I’m just feeling like I can’t get the results I want regardless of changes. I’ve tried resetting it and everything

            Edit I’ve figured it out, I just didn’t have enough subdivisions on my multi resolution, oops!
