Kent has always say that he has had the same cheap Wacom Intuos Pen and Tablet, the most basic one, has worked on it for much more than ten years, has done all his sculpting on it and it’s all fine. I too bought than one more than ten years ago, still going strong and works great. Sculpting in 3D has nothing to do with the tool at all, so you can rest easy that you can buy the most common one and you’ll be able to work perfectly. Also I always say, it’s better to start with the cheap simple one because it has the added benefit that when you get the hang of sculpting and you want to make an upgrade to a more expensive table, you’ll be able to appreciate the difference.
