      The slider-cube only works/slides after I move it. The results have been inconsistent regardless of following the video. Can’t say that I’m a fan. If anyone can check my blender file, that will be greatly appreciated. I really want to learn why this is not working and why I would have to move my slider-cube in different areas of the workspace to yield working results. Not sure if this is a hardware/cache issue but the video seemed straight forward with its results whereas mine does not yield the same.

      My Slider Constraint: 2 working examples | 1 non-working example

        Kenny will probably know. But remember is always a good option to take it up from the start. Most of the time we make a mistake at the very beginning and we spend a lot of time needlessly troubleshooting, when just starting from scratch is a better option. We learn much faster that way.

          Hi Kimberly, here is what you have:

          Because the Slider works along the Object’s X-Axis, this doesn’t work correctly.

          Simply Change the Rotation (do not Apply the Rotation!):
