Hi. I purchased Retopoflow 3 from Blendermarket on or about 12 01 2024 and ‘signed-in’ to CGCookie as joereidomd@yahoo.com with pass____ Cookiefor ____. The course files videos do not play at all (only spinning wheel continues) or download either. Please assist. (I also purchased the CORE series and successfully DL’d those files for offline study). Thanks, Joe.

When that happens, what always helps is to clear the cache in your browser or try a different browser instead. Try those solutions and see if it works.
