Whenever I zoom a bit back or forward, my reference and object don’t match. Please, how can I solve this ?

Do you have screenshots? It sounds like simply being on perspective instead of orthographic. Unless you mean something else? It’s even better if you can record a screengrab of well, your screen with the problem happening.

Are you using the orthographic view or the perspective view?
If you use numpad 1,3,7 you can switch between the orthographic views

Additionally, numpad 5 toggles between orthographic and perspective views.
