Hello again Rebecca, If you are using the provided files and you can’t select the individual controls, then it sounds like you are not in Pose mode.
I change modes in the course with “Tab”, but as explained in earlier this is not the default keymap. Try pressing “CTRL TAB” and choosing Pose mode with the armature selected.
