Texture paint paints random parts of model

Hi! When I paint over the object, the color randomly appears in a different area. I tried to fix it but nothing worked. I also checked the overlapping, uv map, paint mask,… but its still not work. Here is a capture showing the issue.

I’m hoping that you can assist me in resolving this.

It can be that you have flipped normals? Interior faces maybe? Maybe there’s an UV island that you hid and forgot it was hidden? Either way, it would be a lot easier to diagnose if you can share the blend file so we can help troubleshot.

I can paint fairly well in Image Editor, but Texture Paint isn’t working, so it took me longer to complete. I tried every solution I could find online, but it doesn’t appear to be working. I’m hoping you can figure out what I did wrong.

You have symmetry enabled everywhere in all the axis. Turn it off entirely.
