I understand that this is a different version of Blender and I’m using 3.4 but my subdivision modifier does not give me same results as the one seen in the video. I tried following the other comments from previous questions but I’m still not getting same the same results. I will continue the lesson regardless of this but would like to know how to fix the problem.

      Thank You

        Hi Juan @DASTUDIOS ,

Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing, please?

Yes, if you can post a screenshot, a screen grab or describe your problem, we can help out if we can.

Hey Juan, the subdiv mod should still work fine in v3.4.
One difference is the optimal display option is enabled by default.
Disable this if your issue is that you are not seeing the wireframe of the subdiv mod.
And you are in wireframe mode.

Thank you everyone for the feedback I was able to fix the issue. I was highlighting the emiters vs the modifiers. Only issue I saw was instead of the fire looking at the top it made my who smoke effect the color or the fire. I am going to re-do the lesson again for mor practice after I complete the lesson I’m currently on.
