when i ctrl shift v to mirror the pose it works but it does not save any keyframes so the mirrored pose is lost when i go to a new frame

      i am copying the pose of the right foot to the left but when i do that i have to then manually select the left foot and hit i to add keyframes then i go to a new frame, select the right foot copy the pose in the view port then ctrl v then select the left foot and i. is there an easier way to do this?

        Hey Puds,
        Before copy and paste flipped, when deleting the current keyframes on the left foot, did you keep the first keyframe for each channel?
