        I replayed the video at x2 speed, so tbf I might have missed it, but I’m pretty sure I didn’t see Wayne explain, though I’m 100% sure he’s mentioned a method of doing so somewhere on this course.

          Yes there is. With your keyframes selected and your mouse in the timeline, you can go “G” on your keyboard to grab them and then just type in 50 and they will move 50 frames. And if you type -50 they will go back 50 frames.

            Like Omar said, you can select the keys, active grab (G) and then type the number.

            You can also use the “Extend” operator which is more flexible.
            You can have multiple keys selected and then press E with your mouse on either side of the playhead and it will only affect the selected keys on that side.  This means less selecting/deselecting
