At least, I find that this video is very valuable.

By the way, in v2.92, the brush called “Line Project” was introduced, so that it is easier to precisely cut the mesh with a flat plane. But the tips from the video above can do even more things, such as restoring the sharp edge, which can not be done by “Line Project”.
