Turn on and off unified settings

At 1:14, Kent talks about Unified Settings. I’m in Blender 3.1.2, and I can’t find it anywhere. The Blender 3.1 Manual mentions it in https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/sculpt_paint/sculpting/tool_settings/brush_settings.html but I can’t find where to turn Unified Settings on and off.

You can find the unified setting in the tools menu in the properties panel
