      Well hello there, CG Cookie community! I am honored and humbled to be part of this amazing team!

      For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Paul and my focus here is on 2D art, concept and illustration. I’ll be focusing on projects which involve Blender’s Grease Pencil tool for the most part.

      While I am already hard at work producing some exciting new courses and content for you, I’d be keen to know if there are any areas you are interested in exploring when it comes to using Grease Pencil.

      I’ll be lurking on threads relevant to 2D work, and I am always on the look out for future topics that you, the community at large, might be interested in exploring.

      So don’t be a stranger! I’m looking forward to having some fun, and getting you all excited about Grease Pencil.

        Hey!  I thought the name sounded familiar.  I have your “Illustrating with the Grease Pencil” course.  It had a good pace and structure, so I’m really looking forward to seeing your courses here on CG Cookie.  Can you share any teasers about what to expect in the upcoming courses?   Thanks for stopping in, and welcome!

          Welcome! I’m super excited to have you here! I haven’t done a whole lot with Grease Pencil yet. That’s still an area of Blender I need to learn and explore. But it looks really cool!   I can’t wait for your tutorials! =)

          I really love Kevendram’s  style. He does a cool 2D animated bakery on Youtube. That’s the kind of art I want to learn to make when I start using Grease Pencil. I’m still kind of new to Blender so I’m still learning about each of the different areas but they’re all so cool that I can’t pick just one to specialize in. >.<

            Hi Michael! Thankyou for the kind words. I can’t reveal much about the new course as we’re still developing it, but I *can* say the project is going to be very hands-on.

              Great to see you here at CGCookie.

              I believe you will be a perfect addition to the ‘Amazing team’ , while we are on words beginning with ‘A’, 

              Awesome, is a favourite word of mine when describing the CGCookie community, but I’m sure you noticed the awesomeness oozing from your monitor.

              I for one am looking forward to what you can teach me with grease pencil, my drawing skills with a regular pencil aren’t great.

              Had a sneak peak at what you have instore for everyone, it’s gonna be amazing I’m sure.

              See, told you, amazing, knew you would fit in.

                Hello Paul, nice to see you joining the team. I have only used the Grease Pencil in a very basic way to test out the position and composition of objects in a 3d environment and at the same time as a visual “to-do list”.
