I cant download files. Clicking a file just reloads the page

As the title says. Everytime i click a .zip file in the download section of a course it just refreshes the page but does not initiate a download.

Im using the latest version of firefox but have the same issue when using Microsoft Edge.

Is this a problem on my part or has it something to do with the downloads? Either way, i need help :S

I noticed that in the last couple of months for some reason some browsers began to work very strangely, do not display attached images or 3D models. Opera shows and opens things that Chrome does not. I thought it was just me.
