Bevel on cover edges not working

      Hello, for some reason when I select the edges of the cover then Cntrl B to bevel it,  it will only do the top edge.

      I tried to solidify in modifiers to give it some thickness thinking that would help but no.

      Any ideas? This should be easy but not doing what it should.

        My guess would be that you have overlapping vertices which are preventing the bevel if Clamp Overlap is on. Try merging by distance and see if that fixes it.
