I am one of those guys who have as much as possible in dark mode and those white presentations “hurt my eyes” yeah it’s not that bad. But you know what I mean 🙂

I’m in dark mode too.
But it sounds like you need a pair of these.

It’s dark mode, but for the real world. hehe

In all seriousness. Are you referring to blue filter glasses? I was thinking about getting a pair of these. Do they help?

Idk. guess I am just very sensitive to bright lights in my dark workstation room…
