i cant download the source files please help

i tried to download the files 3 times but it stops and i get and error

please try to fix this

Proxy server might block your access too. Example: I can not download any lessons files on network at work since it blocks everything from amazonaws servers. Thats why i always download files from home.

Maybe an alternative download source would help in the future.
