      I followed the video to the end and found out that when I rotate the top constraint it rotate around the 3d cursor, the rigging is working but I want it to rotate around the maiden point, so I changed to the maiden point, but then when I rotate the constraint, the bone still rotate around the 3d cursor, and I want to know how to fix it.

        Nevermind, I figured it out, I add the wrong copy rotation. it should be add to the base out bone
